* Easy to read dial in either pounds or kilograms
* Oversized chrome tray to acommodate heavier items
* Mechanical operation without battery
Operating instructions：
Zeroing and weighing
*Place the empty pan provided on the scale and check that the pointer is at the zero mark before 
*weighing. Slowly turn the rotating knob located on the front of 
*the scale then tap the pan gently to settle the mechanism. Readjust if necessary.
*Note: For best results when weighing, always add ingredients to centre of the pan
Precautions：
Cleaning and care
1. The weighing container supplied with this scale must not be placed in either a 
dishwasher or microwave oven.
2. To prevent damage DO NOT:
a. stand scale or bowl near an oven or other direct source of heat
b. immerse scale in water
c. clean with abrasive or chemical agents
d. allow to come into contact with strongly flavoured/coloured foods or acids such as citrus 
fruit-zest which can cause damage to the plastic surfaces.
e. place more than the max.loading capacity on it.
3. The outer casing of the scale may be wiped clean with a damp cloth and the 
weighing container can be washed by hand in hot soapy water.
4. The mechanism does NOT require maintenance of any kind.
