 Usage method:
1. Open the package and remove the backing paper on the top.
2. Fix the sticker on the side of the big toe.
3. Remove the backing paper from the upper area and stick it around the big toe.
4. Remove the middle backing paper, stretch it 3-4cm towards the heel and stick it.
5. Remove the bottom backing paper, stick the muscle sticker along both sides of the foot, and the wearing is completed.
