Operating instructions:

Usage: Open the outer box (do not tear the outer packaging bag), pinch both sides of the cold compress pad, squeeze in the middle, pinch the inner bag, shake the inner bag, so that the contents are fully mixed, tear the outer packaging bag and take out the compress pad, remove the strip and stick it on the clothes.
