Operating instructions

1. before practice, hold the handle with one hand to make the wrist forcer horizontal, and extend the palm of the other hand upward from the lower part of the arm ring to make the back of the wrist close to the wristband. The wristband can be adjusted up and down according to the size of each hand. The wristband should be in the middle of the back of the wrist when holding the handle.
