Operating instructions

1. after the product is taken out, it can be started up and used according to the two No. 7 batteries above

2. put the sphygmomanometer on the wrist according to the instructions, and press the start button to automatically inflate the test

3. please put your wrists at the pulse and the same height as the heart during the test

4. start / stop key

4.1 in the sleep state, short press to enter the automatic measurement mode (in other states, short press to shut down)

Precautions

Correct sitting posture: sit up straight, remove the heavy clothes on your body, expose your wrists or close fitting thin clothes for measurement, and keep the center of the wrist strap and the heart at the same height
