Instructions:
1. After taking out the product, connect one end of the power cord to the jack on the back of the product, and one end to the power strip
2. Turn on the power button, after the power is turned on, you can choose the body operation page to operate, or the remote control operation.
3. Turn on the power to select the mode switch, the host and remote control mode switch keys
4. Function keys: 1. Automatic movement mode "P1-P2-P3" with different working speeds and directions, the speed and direction cannot be changed in the preset functions
5. Manual adjustment mode: press the function key until "HR" is displayed, the trainer is in manual mode
"Speed" button, there are 5 kinds of speed can be adjusted, press the up and down keys to adjust 01-05 to reduce or increase the speed, all in HR mode
In manual mode, press the "steering" button to switch forward and reverse directions, which is suitable for manual mode.
Press the "Mode" key in manual mode to switch the display of scan, time, distance, speed, counter, and calories
Mode key:
1) Press the mode button until the "scan" light appears on the screen, the screen will automatically scan each function value every 5 seconds
2) Press the mode button until the "time" indicator appears on the screen, the screen will display the actual time of the training
3) Press the Mode button until the "Distance" light appears on the screen, it will show the distance
4) Press the mode button until the "speed" light appears on the screen, the screen will display the current speed
5) Press the mode button until the "counter" indicator appears on the screen, and the accumulated revolutions will be displayed
6) Press the mode button until the "calorie" indicator appears on the screen, the screen will display the current calorie
