Instructions:

1. After taking out the product, connect one end of the power cord to the jack on the back of the product, and one end to the power strip

2. After the power is turned on, you can choose the body operation page to operate, or the remote control operation.

3. Turn on the power to select the mode switch, and the "P" key of the host and remote control is displayed as the mode switch key

4. Four modes:

P1: The mode is 1-10 speed cyclic adjustment

P2: The mode is 11-20 speed cyclic adjustment

P3: The mode is 21-30 speed cyclic adjustment

HR: The mode is manual adjustment of the speed key

5. The speed and strength can be adjusted manually, press the up and down keys on the host page or the "+-" key of the remote control to adjust

6. Please prepare a U disk or a card reader for playing music and insert it into the USB interface on the back of the fuselage

Precautions:

1. Please use it with a bench sitting or lying down, do not use it standing

2. This product is a rehabilitation aid machine and can only be used for the rehabilitation of elbows, palms and feet
