Instructions:

1) Align all the holes and fix the front and rear bottom brackets to the main body with screws

2) Install the pedal marked L on the left side, remove the screw on the pedal, insert the pedal with a wrench and fix it on the crank

3) Install the pedal marked R on the right side, remove the screw on the pedal, insert the pedal with a wrench and fix it on the right crank

4) After the installation is completed, turn on the power, turn on the power switch, and press the switch button on the remote control board to switch the machine on and off.

Press the "MODE" button on the operation panel to adjust the viewing mode

Press the "Reverse" button to adjust the forward and reverse mode

Press the "+-" key to adjust the gear size

Press the "Time" button to adjust the time, the longest 30 minutes will automatically stop, the shortest 5 minutes, please adjust the time according to your own situation

Precautions:

1) After use and before cleaning, please unplug the power plug from the power outlet immediately

2) Before plugging the machine into the socket, make sure the power supply voltage is suitable for the machine, the wall jack must match the plug on the machine
