Operating instructions
Basic training:
1. Open your toes 40 degrees and stand with your heels closed
2. Mishiri clamps on the inner upper part of the thigh
3. The adductor muscles of the thighs slowly exert force, while the inner buttocks and gluteus maximus exert force to feel the sensation of closing their wings
4. Exhale from below the abdomen for 5 seconds, then slowly inhale and return for 8-12 times of swallowing and vomiting

Advanced Training:
1. Firmly pull the front part of the Mishiri forward to make close contact between the wing and buttocks
2. Lie down on your back (with the Meijiri tightly positioned between the inner buttocks) and train as if it were basic training

Notes:
1. Do not use sharp objects such as metal cleaning balls for cleaning;
2. Please wash and dry in a timely manner after use;
3. Please do not place it in a high-temperature area for a long time to avoid deformation;
4. Do not come into contact with open flames or corrosive liquids.
