Operating instructions:
Cold compress: Place the product in the refrigerator freezer for 30-60 minutes (freezer for 15-30 minutes) before removing it. Rub it with your hands until it reaches a comfortable temperature and can be used directly.
Hot compress: Heat the product in a microwave oven (medium to low heat) for 10 seconds. If not hot, the heating time can be extended, but it cannot be set for 1-2 minutes at once. Precautions:
