1: Starting pose
Place your feet apart, land on the balls of your front feet and raise your heels to kick the ground.
Hold the handlebar with both hands in front of the handlebar, your arms perpendicular to the handlebars, keeping the backs of your hands level with your arms.
2. Gliding action
Push back hard, lean forward to lower the center of gravity, and the higher the pedaling frequency, the faster the speed.
You can briefly retract your feet while gliding and rely on inertia to maintain balance.
3‌. Steering & Brakes
