Operating Instructions
1.Connect the plug of the controller to the cover.
2. Connect the controller to the adapter, and then plug the adapter into the power socket.
3. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on or off the device's power.
4. Press "M+" or "M-" to switch modes.
5. Press "T+" or "T-" to set the treatment time, and then put on the hat.

Notes
1.Please consult your doctor before use, especially if you are pregnant or have suspected or cancerous lesions.
2.Please read all the instructions and safety precautions before use.
3. If you feel unwell, stop using it immediately and contact your doctor.
4. Use only the provided power supply.
5. Unplug the plug from the socket when not in use to avoid tripping.
6. Do not unplug the plug by pulling the wire. When unplugging a plug from a socket, hold the plug itself, not the wire.
7. During each treatment, the application time on one area should not exceed 20 minutes.
8.In very rare cases, people may be allergic to the light or heat from the LED cover. Each person using this device for the first time can only use it for 5 minutes in each application area. If you experience any pain or discomfort, stop immediately. If not, repeat the 5-minute treatment for the first 3 days. Three days later, if there are no negative impacts, then in the following three days, increase the time for each area to 10 minutes, and in the following days, increase the time for each area to 15 minutes. If there is still no pain or discomfort, then increase the total treatment time to 20 minutes for each area.
