Operating instructions:
Take out the product, connect the USB power cord to the adapter or correctly install 4 AAA batteries, insert the plug of the cuff into the socket of the host, sit straight, take off thicker clothes, expose the upper arm or thin jacket for measurement, put the left or right arm into the cuff, thread the cuff through the metal parts, buckle it up, and then stick it on the cuff. Keep the cuff at the same height as the heart, and keep the cuff at the same height as the heart.
Press the start/stop button. The cuff automatically pressurizes and starts measuring. After the measurement is completed, the blood pressure and heart rate values will be automatically displayed. The air inside the cuff will be automatically discharged, and the measurement results will be expressed in millimeters of mercury. The heart rate value will be converted to "times/minute", and the display will be closed by pressing the start/stop button.
If you forget to turn off the monitor, it will automatically turn off after 1 minute

Precautions (regarding measurement)
Measure blood pressure at the same time every day, keeping the arms and body position unchanged
It is recommended to measure within 1 hour after waking up in the morning or before going to bed at night
Different cuff positions result in different measurement values
Do not touch the host and cuffs during measurement
Please remain quiet for about 5 minutes before measuring
Not speaking during measurement
Please wait for more than 5 minutes for continuous measurement.
Please stay away from TV, mobile phones, etc. to avoid electromagnetic interference
