Instructions:

Please read the manual installation before use

Step 1: Connect the T-shaped brackets, connect the telescopic tube to the dock and clamp the marbles to fix it.

Step 2: After the T-shaped bracket is connected, form a triangle, fix it with a long screw and a nut, and tighten it with an open-end wrench and an Allen wrench.

Step 3: Insert the handrail tube into the T-shaped tube, and tighten it with the resistance adjustment knob.

Step 4: Install the other two resistance adjustment knobs on the corresponding positions of the machine.

Notes:

1. Try to relax your legs and arms when using your hands and feet for flexibility training

2. Wear comfortable clothes when exercising

3. Exercise in the opposite direction may cause injury to the legs and arms, please do not over exercise

4. Do not stand on the pedals

5. Make sure to sit on a chair, sofa or bedside when exercising
